Kim A. Myers, CCS-P, CPC, Founder and President of Emergency Billing Services, Inc. Kim has 40 years of medical management and billing
experience.  She is recognized as a favorite coding & billing speaker in Northeast Ohio. Her areas of expertise include,
Orthopaedics, Dermatology, including Mohs, Pulmonology, Emergency Medicine and Primary Care.

Douglas E. Myers, Vice President of Operations,  Douglas is responsible for building maintenance, courier services and document management.

Ryan Crays, CPC, CGIC, CGSC, Ryan has been with EBS since 2007. His triple certifications make him very knowledgeable in all surgical arenas, with an
emphasis on gastro-intestinal procedures.

Rosemarie Garling, CPC, Rosemarie started with EBS in 2016. Her areas of expertise include Family Medicine and Medicare Coverage Disputes.

Becky Jo Phillips, CPC, COC, Becky has been with EBS since 2016. As a certified Out-patient coder, Becky has experience with ASC billing, pain
management, urology and wound center coding.

Lynn Mohr, CPC, Lynne started with EBS in 2018. Her areas of expertise include, vascular procedures, nursing home coding and Geriatrics.

Jennifer Andrella, Jennifer has been with EBS since 2019. She specializes in charge entry, payment posting and customer service for the
specialties of Urgent Care and Internal Medicine.

Caroline Dunn, Caroline began her time with EBS in 2019. Her areas of expertise include charge entry, payment posting and customer
service for the specialties of Pulmonology and Dermatology.

James Myers, AS, James started with EBS in 2007. He specializes in charge entry and Human Resources.

Alexis Werschey, Alexis started with EBS in 2019. Her areas of expertise include charge entry, payment posting and customer service for
the specialty of Pulmonology.

Payer Investigation Team

Joyce Hartley, Joyce joined EBS in 2018. Her duties include payer aging and contact with payers through telephone and portal
use.
